GENERAL GUIDELINES

All the students must come to school daily in fresh laundered uniform with clean socks and well-polished shoes. Any student who comes to school in a condition will be excluded from the class.

Students should be regular and punctual in attending the class.

Every student is expected to be in the school on the reopening day. Absence of student from class for merely family/social function is entirely discouraged.

All students, When admitted, must make themselves acquainted with the rules notified for their conduct while studying in this school Ignorance of the rules will not be excused.

Parents should inform the school authorities, if any change in their address or phone number is occurred.

Parents/Guardians or any other visitors are strictly forbidden to visit the class, talk to the teachers or students during class hours without written permission of the principal.

As the medium of instruction is English, children should be helped to follow their class easily and intelligently by a certain amount of regular conversation in a cultured manner in this language at home. In the school campus students have to speak in English.

No provisional admission shall be given to any student without the original Birth Certificate.

A copy of Original Birth certificate(Municipality or Panchayath) and Transfer certificate(from Previous School) will be retained in the school with the admission form. It shall not be returned to the student from Class I onwards.

All kinds of damages done in school premises done in school premises are to be made good fully either by the culprit or by the entire class concerned.

Transport of students by private vehicles such as mini-bus, autorickshaws or other means is parent’s own responsibility. Hence school shall not be responsible for the private conveyance of students.

Students and parents are not allowed to give personal Gifts to teachers.

At time the school may have to be closed due to unavoidable and unforeseen reasons , if a unit test or examination has been planned on that day, the concerned examination will be held on the first working day after the completion of all the tests or examinations already scheduled.

Students suffering from a contagious disease will not be admitted to the class even for exams.

First aid will be given to students in case of an emergency or accident during school hours. If required they will be taken to the nearest hospital.

The uses of Polythene bags are strongly prohibited.
